Who is Billy Mays? And why is he always screaming? 

Every time I see Billy Mays on TV pitching some contraption this man (Billy Mays) is screaming. Is that all he (Billy Mays) has? Does Billy Mays (him) have a limited range of emotions? Is he (Billy Mays--the TV spokesman) like the Michael Caine of infomercials?

Billy Mays is thee loudest man in television:

Did the director say, "Hey Billy! Just come out screaming!" I get your point Billy. I have ring-around-the-toilet. No need for so much screaming.
